General and Framing Contractor

Gary and New Habitat constructed our 3800 dream home. He did both the framing and the general contracting. Gary reviewed every purchase involved in the construction with us and made sure we understood where the money was being spent. I also appreciated that Gary was willing to let us do what we could to save money and he would do the rest. Construction went smoothly and the final quality is very good. Gary always recommends great subcontractors and I felt confident that if there was ever an issue with any of the subcontractors, that he would take care of it.

Gary is always professional and on top of what is happening on his jobs. Working for Gary we always get answers to any questions that might arise in a workable time frame to keep the job moving. He's also always willing to do whats fair. I am happy to work with Gary on any project that comes along. He has a great EYE for esthetics.
